Cristóvam – Setting Sun
Setting Sun is the first single from Cristóvam’s second full length (due in 2021). It was recorded between Namouche Studios, in Lisbon, and Cristóvam’s own Fortitude Studios, in Terceira island (part of the Azores, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean).
“I started writing it in 2018, when I was on holiday with my girlfriend in Sardinia, and sort of left it there. But this year, with all that’s happening and the world being such a strange place, somehow those lyrics resonated back with me, and the fact that I felt so lucky to find comfort in my own little corner, far out in the middle of the Atlantic. The lyrics tell the story of two people who are so lost in each other that they can get through the hardest of storms without ever noticing them”.
